La Brentwood galerie est heureuse de présenter deux expositions simultanées qui repoussent les frontières de la capacité de l’art et de la photographie à revisiter les formes de la nature, en couvrant une période de 50 années de création à travers l’illustre photographe moderniste Karl Blossfeldt, le photographe expérimental Nigel Henderson, la visionnaire française Évelyne Coutas et la pionnière du travail via smarphone Nettie Edwards.

Par cette exploration des différentes approches dans le traitement du végétal depuis les années vingt jusqu’à nos jours, nous vous offrons un choix d’artistes qui ont su déplacer les limites de leur pratique dans un traitement subtil des formes.

The Brentwood Road Gallery are delighted to present two concurrent exhibitions that push the boundaries of the photographic and artistic imagining of natural forms, featuring over 50 art works from acclaimed Modernist/Art Noveau Photographer Karl Blossfeldt, acclaimed experimental photographer Nigel Henderson, visionary French photographer Evelyne Coutas and pioneering mobile photographer Nettie Edwards.

Exploring the treatment of plants within art from the 1920s to the present we present to you a group of disparate artists who have pushed the boundaries of their practice through their exquisite handling of natural forms.
